The Project
I was the lead designer for the redesign of My Sprint, the authenticated experience for current customers. This project involved creating a new concept for the authenticated experience and redesigning the information architecture, layout, navigation, creative design, and user flows, along with user testing throughout the process. I also worked on streamlining the digital shopping experience, incorporating marketing campaigns into the website in a meaningful way, and redesigns of both the prospective customer and current customer homepages.
